When will I get my refund?
Once your phone is received back in our warehouse, please allow time for processing and refunding. During peak season this may be up to two weeks. We process refunds in the order phone returns are received.

How much will my refund be?
Assuming the phone is returned in good condition we will refund the full amount minus the costs your plan: Best Value $2/day (from departure until return postmark date) Pay-As-You-Go $1/day (from departure until return postmark date) + talk time


Please make sure the box and phone are in good condition, no scratches or damage, and with any accessories and manuals (if there were any) and original packaging (including the box and bubble- wrap) as stated in the terms and conditions, otherwise a $5-$15 restocking or applicable repair fee, will apply. Write the RMA# on the shipping label or on the outside of the box. To speed processing of your return, if you have a printer, print out the RMA form and include it in the box.

We recommend using a trackable carrier and keeping the tracking number until after you receive your refund. Please DO NOT require signature confirmation. This may delay your refund.

Please note, if the phone has severe damage, we will not be able to refund you for the phone. In such a case, please do not send back the phone. You may keep it for future trips. The account will never expire and remain active. You can lend it to friends, relatives or anyone you know traveling to Israel. If you are doing so, please let us know that you are keeping it so we keep it active for you.
